You\u2019ll be joining a close-knit, collaborative team that\u2019s passionate about doing things properly, balancing operational reliability with exciting project work and future-focused improvements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Position Overview:<\/strong>&nbsp;This role offers the autonomy to make meaningful changes, lead technical initiatives, and be part of a culture that values continuous improvement and clear communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Keeping core infrastructure running smoothly and securely<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leading system upgrades, patching, deployments, and documentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enhancing disaster recovery and backup processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting the development of new physical sites<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acting as the senior escalation point for IT support issues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Driving innovation and identifying opportunities for improvement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creating technical documentation and playbooks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The Technology You\u2019ll Work With<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>&#8211; Windows Server<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; VMware (vSphere\/ESXi)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; Microsoft 365 &amp; Intune<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; Firewalls (e.g. Sophos, Fortinet, Cisco)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; VoIP systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; Linux environments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; iSCSI storage solutions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; Backup systems (e.g. Veeam)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; Switching and routing (Cisco, HP, VLANs)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>About the team:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is a newly established IT team with a big vision. While still early in their journey, they&#8217;ve already made meaningful change and are now focused on driving both technological innovation and internal capability.
