Job Title: Audit Senior (Fully Qualified ACA/ACCA)
Location: Hybrid (3 days in SW London)
Salary: Basic salary £57-£60k

Position Overview: We are looking for a confident and personable Audit Senior to lead audit engagements from planning through to completion, managing a team of juniors and delivering fully completed audit files directly to the partners. The role also includes some accounts preparation work and client liaison, making it a great mix of technical and people-facing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage audits from planning to completion
- Supervise, support, and review the work of junior team members
- Prepare and finalise audit files ready for partner review
- Build strong client relationships, creating a calm and approachable atmosphere
- Handle some statutory accounts preparation
- Ensure work is delivered on time and to a high standard
- Help maintain and improve internal processes and audit quality
- Act as a role model and mentor within the team
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Strong audit experience within a UK accountancy practice
- Able to take ownership and responsibility for delivering the full audit file
- A natural finisher – focused on completing tasks to a high standard
- Personable, approachable, and confident communicating with clients
- Excellent attention to detail with solid technical knowledge
- Proficient in Caseware, CCH, and Microsoft Word/Excel
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (3 days in-office)
